Carrier Representative I

The primary role of Carrier Representative I is to negotiate rates with carriers, books and manages shipments from pick up to delivery.  Expectations include: growing accounts, provide exceptional level of service, cultivating solid carrier and customer relationships.  Responsibilities include: negotiate carrier rates, maintain carrier and internal team communication, meet compliance requirements and navigate through industry software.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role, proficiency with the MS Suite and a HS or equivalent degree.
